  1. Thanks for the update Brian. I would not worry too much about the airac cycle as I have also seen this behaviour on 1411 and 1412. In the meantime, I have a theory that I need to test so I will get on that and report findings here. Cheers, Mike
  2. Hi Brian & Urs, I am the OP for this issue. In my case, I think have narrowed this down to an (as yet unidentified) inconsistency between plans developed by PFPX and saved to EFB. I do not know if this is a problem caused by PFPX creating an incorrect plan that is saved to EFB or EFB translating a good plan incorrectly. I have since been planning and flying very successfully with EFB & RouteFinder alone without the help of PFPX! So my suggestion is to try using just EFB and RouteFinder to build your flight plan and see if the issue goes away. That may help Urs confirm where the problem begins. Cheers, Mike
  3. Thanks Travis, I appreciate your rapid response and positive feedback. Cheers, Mike
  4. Hi Urs and thanks again for your support. In trying to reproduce the "errors" I saw, I also noticed some other discrepancies that could not possibly be caused by EFB. I also found this post viewtopic.php?f=5&t=1423&start=20#p10523 that showed another area where I may have introduced error(s). So for now, I think I will write this off as "operator error" with a senior's moment or two. Please close this thread for now. I may come back and repost if my observations are wrong, but I don't think so. Again, thanks for the help so far. Cheers, Mike BTW - when do you hope to get a new flightplan handler in service for the new Airbus A318-->321?
  5. Thanks for the reply Urs! I cannot be sure that I still have the failing flight-plan so I will try to recreate the problem and provide the details. BTW - this error happens when I am trying to open the dialogue to select the STAR so there is no specific STAR being selected at the point when the error happens. Anyway, I will try to recreate as promised and will post results here. Regards, Mike
