  1. Hi, I've been using EFB fairly consistently over the past few years without too many problems, however, I tonight I started the Data-provider, and received the following Error message...'Verifying license means 'not yet licensed' but getting the following error state: Incorrect system' and stops loading. I have not made any changes to the system files other than working on setting up a network drive to use 2 computers? Should I install a new copy? if so, will I lose my current settings? Thanks, Jim
  2. Hi, I appreciate any help available for an issue I have been battling with for a couple of days now, I originally installed Aivlasoft EFB a couple of years ago prior to the launch of Steam, all worked well with the information available considerable, adding a real interest in to FSX. Earlier this year I downloaded Steam in the hope to fix a couple of historical issues, all went well until earlier this week when I decided to start using EFB. I noted it had been updated so I downloaded and installed a clean copy. The instructions of the Installation and Configuration document were closely followed, yes, by now I think readers will already anticipate what I’m going to say next, PROBLEMS!! The Scenery.cfg is my problem, after inserting what I thought was the path of the scenery.cfg folder and running the Data Provider, when loading the Display Unit, I find I have no Airports listed in the selector, well, that isn’t strictly true, I do have London Heathrow and Gatwick which are UK2000 add-ons, but none of the FSX airports and a couple of other UK2000. I spent a considerable amount of time in an attempt to source the issue but I am still at a loss, can somebody help please? I have attached a screen-print of the settings page of the Data Provider showing the path to the scenery.cfg, and a copy of scenery.cfg file containing airport files.(not allowed?) My apologies for any duplication but this seems to have been a problem for some years but and I am unable to find an answer. Thank you Jim
  3. Hi, I'm experiencing the same problem, can you tell me how it was resolved? Thanks Jim
  4. HI, thanks for your assistance, I have just noticed that despite updating the AIRAC cycle received from Navigraph (the latest being 1412 rev 2), on a regular basis the information read out in the DataProvider on startup still only reads, ' AIRAC cycle 1310, valid 19/Sep/2013,... etc, should it not be the current one? I haven't change anything of late and wonder why it isn't show as the current one. Thanks, Jim
