  1. Issues resolved. I uninstalled AivlaSoft EFB from the system. I also deleted all AivlaSoft folders in all locations on including FSX. I re-installed AivlaSoft EFB with no issues. I believe the problem was caused by uninstalling the original AivlaSoft EFB (trial) and then re-installing causing duplication of some files/folders.
  2. I had taken that step to create a P3D navigation folder which allowed the initial setup of the DataProvider to proceed. It is when the DataProvider started scrolling through the nav files, did Windows interrupt the process, giving the Windows error. I had installed and run the demo version, which ran perfectly for the 30-day trial period. When I decided to purchase, I uninstalled and re-installed, which might be causing the problem. What's curious is I'm getting a Windows error, not an AivlaSoft error. Even though I'm running Windows 7, maybe I need to install Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5. A little help, please, from Aivlasoft... Thanks for your response JJ. Much appreciated.
  3. Running Windows 7 with FSX Gold. After finishing Setup, DataProvider crashed with the following Windows message: Electronic Flight Bag - DataProvider has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available. Install process: Checked Data Provider and Display Unit boxes. Navigraph FMS Data: FSX\Aivlasoft\Navigraph FMS Data Setup required an entry for P3D even though I do not run P3D. I created a Folder string: Navigation Data/Navigraph\AivlaSoft Thanks in advance for your assistance.
