How do i install SimConnect correctly?

I am trying the test version of the EFB and i'm having a problem starting the Data Provider. Everytime i try to start the Data Provider I get an error message saying: Unhandled exception has occured in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click Quit, the application will close immediately. The specified module could not be found. (exception from HRESULT: 0x8007007e). If I press continue the same error shows up 10 seconds later. If I drag the error message to the side it works fine but it stays in front of all other programs and it is really annoying. Here are the details copied from the error message.
