Hi Have been doing a bit more digging Image 1 shows a trace of some of the time sites that the dataprovider is using Image 2 shows a successful telnet session to one of those sites So I can safely say that there is no network issue preventing the security check. Over to you... Cheers Jim

can you tell me which time server it is trying to use? The ones I am testing only use TCP eg Starting Nmap 6.40 ( http://nmap.org ) at 2013-11-21 19:36 GMT Standard Time Nmap scan report for time.nist.gov (198.60.73.8) Host is up (0.0075s latency). PORT STATE SERVICE 13/tcp open daytime Nmap done: 1 IP address (1 host up) scanned in 20.50 seconds I administer my own Cisco PIX firewall and I am happy that there is no problem there Cheers Jim

Hi Have downloaded the demo and trying to get it run get the following error "Trying to verify demo licence but cannot reach any date server" - port 13 is open and has been tested ok with telnet telnet session. Any clues please to what to try? Cheers Jim
