I usually get a hit within 10 tries with time.nist.gov . Its a sloppy system but I dont think there is another way

+1 The new simbrief downloader (free) has a section for Aivlasoft and the correct flight plan path is shown here (download directory 2) Once you set it up Simbrief will then automatically send the plan to EFB and can be retrieved under the "company route tab"

Lots of big improvements over V1 and sleek user friendly interface. A dream package especially for Vatsim Flyers but anyone who is serious about flight sim needs V2

Hi very few problems with this wonderful product until a win7 and fsx reinstall from backup I now get this on startup and then it crashes

Problem solved I was able to run a repair called "tweaking.com" and it reset permissions again

Yes this makes sense now as Im having the same issues with FSDT GSX being blocked. Any ideas how I can fix this? I have UAC set at zero and everything fsx etc running as admin. It appears the best solution is a windows re install but I dont want to lose all my settings

There is no subfolder there the Aircraft folder is empty

Hi You can see the Display unit opens up on the bottom picture. When I click ok it takes me to the first pic However the aircraft folder is empty Zoran maksic

Thanks right click worked. The other problem Im having is the Display unit now opens up the folders pages. It says to select an aircraft but the folder is empty cheers

Hi I tried to install update but I get an error Also I cant run the display unit because i cant select an airplane or create a new one (aircraft folder is empty)

lol William , I had no hair to start! This will be the first time in 3 years of simming and sorting out countless minor issues, they were all sorted out in the end but not this time. Im giving up after spending days fighting windows 7 I now realize its bigger than me! I tried the password tip but no change. I cant even use wide client because FSUIPC isnt supported....

Hi This is a last resort post to try and gain information to set up on a network machine This is not an aivlasoft problem but a win7 problem! after 2 days of trying every possible fix on google I still cannot get permission to access the Data provider folder. I have EFB installed on both Pc (primary) and laptop "check name" shows "ok hostname found" so all is good so far . I can find the EFB data folder on host machine but can not get Permission no matter what I try see info below. Can anyone help me get Permission to acces the EFB data folder on the host machine?

Hi, yes I have followed the tutorial and everyone has read and write permissions before I give up on this idea, just a few questions 1.in the section that says "provider data folder" do I now copy n paste the link from the host machine? I have done this and still cant connect 2. is there another way eg via sim connect or fsuipc wide view? thanks very much cheers

next problem When I run the display unit it keeps asking for the "data provider files" folder location but its not there as it only installed the "display unit " on my second machine Just to confirm when I installed it only allowed me to check the "display unit box" and not the data display box which sounds correct as per the manual any help pls, thanks

Hi I am running EFB very happily and a great product! I found a lap top Im not using and now wish to install it on both machines, by that I mean run EFB on the laptop but also have access to the map on my main FSX machine do I need to re install EFB again from scratch ? as its already running but configured for one machine only. thanks for any help here
