  1. Good news!!! Everything is now working properly. The solution is the order must be followed to run FSX and EFB. As Andy said, run FSX, select airport and gate and load them (without click on Fly now), must be done first, then activate the flightplan in EFB and lastly, click on Fly Now in FSX. Now my FIP show all the information correctly I hope this thread will be useful for others with the same confussion Thank you William, Urs & Andy
  2. Thanks for your reply. Also for me makes more sense run EFB after FSX than before. As I a full novice using EFB, I just followed the "Startup sequence" example, covered in Section 10 - Flying Online in Ops. Manual. Will try as you say and let you know.
  3. Hi Urs, Thanks for your response. Please, see in the attached screenshots, how I have the "Folders" section configured either Data Provider and DisplayUnit. The other two screenshots, as you can see, are from Data Provider window while running. Every time I load FSX and click "OK" to set the aircraft to the desired parking gate at the departure airport, the message "A/C position changed!". Is that correct? And while in flight, every time I have to do some route modification (e.g: ATC direction different to flight plan or change of landing runway at destination), when I click "Activate", I got an error message: LOAD_FLIGHTPLAN_FAILED. Whatever I try to change during flight, I got this message. A bit frustrating. Thanks
  4. Thanks for your response William. Unfortunately, stay like so during all flight. Once I change the airport within FSX to set the one from I will depart, all data displayed in the FIP disappear and don't come back again. I also noticed in my last 2 flights that once I click on "Activate", the info in the FIP is not correct. Under "Next Waypoint", the ident is not the first one in the route
  5. Hi, I've noticed each time I fly, once I select the airport within FSX, the info displayed in the flight information panel within Aivlasoft. gone. Here is my startup sequence: 1. Run Data Provider 2. Run DisplayUnit and click on "Route Setup" 3. Clck "Select" to fly a saved route or a new one (via Route Finder) 4. Click "Check..." (Online network) to select either IVAO or VATSIM (I do all my flights online) 5. Once the route is selected, set the CRZ altitude, click "Save" to get proper .rte files (PMDG and LevelD) and click "Activate". 6. Run FSX, select e.g: B737-800 NGX, parked at gate D51 at KMIA. And here is when the issue comes. When I click "OK" to accept this position change, the info displayed in FIP within DisplayUnit, disappear and never get back again. Only "n.a" is readed. What I'm doing wrong?? Please, see the pictures attached. Thanks in advance. Ivan
  6. Hi Urs, First of all, thanks for a first class support service (really quick answer, which is great!). Issue solved! Yes, I've already edit the runways.txt file, adding four (4) lines for LEMD as instructed in the manual. The solution was simple: delete those 4 lines added for LEMD since it seems wasn't necessary. Now the complete layout for LEMD is fully correct By the way, THANK YOU for such software. For the modern serious simmer, Aivlasoft is a fully MUST-HAVE-FOREVER addon. Your software + NGX are providing me (and hundreds captains out there) with lot of learning and fun PS: one more question: can I use my personal serial number to install EFB in a second dedicated FSX computer? Due to work reasons, I have two "headquarters", so I have two computers for FSX. Thanks
  7. Hi, Recently I had an issue with Aerosoft Mega Airport Madrid-Barajas v1.03 Usual runways config for that airport is North, which means: rwys 32L/R for landings and 36L/R for T/O. In South configuration: rwys 18L/R for landings and 14L/R for T/O and just here is where my issue comes. I'm unable to select rwys 14L/R because they didn't appear in the drop-down menu. e.g: Select a LEMD-LEBL flight, set desired FL and Activate the route. Once I click on LEMD Departure button and get prompted to Select a SID, I only can choose between 36L/R, when 14L/R should be also available. And if I'm flying into Madrid, I only can choose between 18L/R for landing when 32L/R should also be available (See attached pics). I don't know how to deal with this. Some help, please. Thanks in advance Ivan Lewis
