Hello, I have a major problem, every so often during my flight I get an error (the last one in the screenshot). It is very frustrating as I have to close both programs (Display-Unit and Data-Provider) down and restart them to then have to load the flight plan again. Some help would be great to fix this problem. With regards to the "FAILED_TO_LOAD_FLIGHTPLAN" I know why this is happening I just cannot find the setting for the to stop EFB loading the flight plan into the FSX GPS. Kindest Regards, Craig Tyler

I'm using UK2000 Scenery for Heathrow. I can see the taxi signs for Heathrow on the taxiways but within EFB the ground chart does not show any of the holding points. Urs, What would you like me to send a screenshot of? Urs thanks again Craig

I'm not an expert but I find that some of the aiports I visit do not have some of the frequencies. If it is just one airport, I dont think you have a big problem (if one at all), but if it is for every airport then there is a problem. EFB does not seem to cater for the smaller airports and in some ways that is fair enough. Anyway good luck and I am sure Urs or anoher support administrator will be able to help you futher if it is for very airport rather than just one. Craig

I have a similar problem; When I was requested to taxi 27L (EGLL) via J A and hold at MORRA. EFB shows the taxiway letters but does not show the holding points? I feel that this a "big 'aspect' of ground movement" at Heathrow, so I was told by the controller. If this is the same problem then could this be added to the file or is there some other solution. It is fairly important to me to have this feature as I fly from Heathrow a fair bit (I could learn them (as I am a frequant flyer) but there are other things I have to focus on rather than taxi way holds).
