Hi Urs, After 2 months the problem is still there, I thought I had it figured but came back , It only happens when running EFB, so I do without it now which I dont like for it is a very nice tool. I have tried to get an answer from the Prosim people with no luck. If you have any suggestions, I allready re activated all the sim connects I could find, also de-activated the saving of flight plans from the EFB display computer, Re installing complete EFB and much more. Also searched on the web if anyone have ever had this exceptio 3, index 3 , no luck at all seems I'm unique. awaiting your answer, Thanks Ron

Hi Urs, I found that a program called Rapt wich comes with AMD started up hidden and was recording every flight, I removed it and all is working fine again. However the Exception line still appears in the Prosim debugger( with EFB active), but I'm not sure it was there before as well because there was no reason for me to look at the debugger. As long as nothing happens its OK by me. Thanks Ron

Hi Urs, In the Prosim debugger the folowing appears, sometimes 4 or 5 lines sometimes 30 or more depends how long t prosim seizes. Exception: 3, index: 3 Exception: 3, index: 3 Exception: 3, index: 3 Exception: 3, index: 3 Exception: 3, index: 3 also tried to have no efb flight plans saved in prosim or any other kind of connection where it could generate this failure. when EFB dataprovider is turned off all works fine. It put the same on the prosim forum, with no response. Ron

Hello, when using EFD dataprovider , prosim will seize up for a second or so and often longer and sometimes just stops and will start up agaim, losing flightplan etc. Prosimg debugger states exception 3: index 3 When closing EFB dataprovider no problem. I'm using Prepar3d v3.1, Prosim737, Opus, Sioc, on windows 7. Tried all sorts of settings, so far no luck. Any suggestions will n\be welcome. Greetz, Ron

With the installation in a two PC setup when executing AviaSoft.Efb.Setup_v1.36.exe, after user agreement Iget the screen with the check box for dataprovider and display unit, the last one is checked but I can not check the dataprovider box. I run FSX with acceleration pack, with windows 7 , I use Prosim 737 on a 2 pc system with addons as REX, Ultimate traffic and Navigraph. I have .NET Framework4 in my system, and not 3.5 could this be the problem? I tried to install Netframework 3.5 but this would work probably because versiion 4 is already active. The Display installation went ok also on the second computer. What can I do to make it work? Thanks Ron
