Hi, I don't have any other flightsim addons on the 2nd machine. I do think that I may have fixed the problem. After much wailing and gnashing of teeth, it appears our old friend AVG may be the culprit. I have it installed on both machines - when AVG was disabled on both I then started up EFB. Low and behold, it connected with the aircraft in fsx. I the reapplied AVG and, at time of writing this, it all seems ok. Hopefully this may helf others who are having issues. Hi Folks, I have recently installed EFB and am encountering some weird problems. The display unit I have setup on a laptop,with the dataprovider on the main fsx pc. All seems to connect ok - but the "flightsim time" box at the top left of the display is permanently yellow and the moving map "airplane" icon is greyed out. I have tried several flights but still the same problem - seems to find the other half of the program but not the aircraft! Any advice or help would be most appreciated. Many Thanks steve amsden
