Me to any info or fix for this please?

Hi guys i have recently had issues with EFB it seems to disconnect and freezes alot and crashes to desktop aswell. How do I transfer a flight plan created from the EGKK to EHAM tutorial from CDU in 737NGX to EFB please? I have created it from the tutorial into the CDU I saved it in CDU but its a .rte file anyone have any ideas bit new to this thanks guys. Wayne
