I'm thinking about trying this data as it is allegedly better than Navigraph.. I'm assuming being as it's in the same data format as Navigraph it will be compatible with EFB... Has anyone here tried it yet ??? Regards Steve

It's only started happening since the last EFB update... It's the only thing that has changed on my system so that's why I'm thinking it's EFB that's thowing it's toys out the pram ! Urs has all my event logs and a full copy of the Error report... I'm sure he will have it all identified and sorted out real quick Cheers Steve

Hi Guys I've started getting 'Unhandled Exception Error's' when I shut down the data provider on the FS Machine.. When I click on the menu to 'Stop and Quit' the data provider, I get the little box...'Do you really want to quit'... I click Yes... It's then I get the error box. I've tried shutting down the display unit and data provider in different orders, I still get it.. I've emailed the log to you Regards Steve

Hi Guys I have been talking with the developer over at Eiresim... The reason these short little runway segments exist is because it is only way he could model the road tunnel that runs under taxiway Alpha... If these are removed it will effect the visual aspect of the airport scenery. I will be leaving the AFCAD as it is because this airport is nicely modelled.. I'm posting this as I'm sure other EFB users will come across this issue in the future and want to know what the reasons are for it.. Thanks for your help Urs Cheers Steve

Hi Guys I've just updated to 1.3.5 and also updated to the latest AIRAC released yesterday.. I'm getting a lot of error messages in the data provider.. I'm running EFB on a network... I've just set up a flight EGGW - LGKR with LGPZ as alternate After EGGW I'm getting 41 lines of errors: Error - Unkown item 'FIX' in 'NavdataProceduresReader:ReadStar' found After LGKR I'm getting 14 lines of errors After LGPZ I'm getting 7 lines of errors I was able to fly the route using EFB although I did have some strange messages on the taxi-ways at EGGW.. I was able to select the STAR's at LGKR, but my system did crash as I came into the approach sequence of the flight.... Although I'm flying NGX and may have had the scenery detail up too high at LGKR so that may not be anthing to do with EFB.. Hi Guys Did you ever resolve the problem with UKBB.... I've just tried to file a flight plan on EFB.. It still cough's and spits out the error code below.. I'm also using the "http://vacc-ua.aero" scenery I've been using EFB since the early days, this is the first time it's ever not liked a scenery Cheers Steve

Had a bit of a problem last night flying into Tbilisi EFB won't accept the new code UGTB as I suspect it's getting the info from FSX which still has it listed as the old code UGGG.. So EFB will only accept a flight plan to UGGG but the Navigraph data is all under the new code UGTB so I'm not getting any arrival or Airport data.. Can I amend the little text file we use to update runways, for airports too? I'm not that techie so if I can could you explain how to do this? Cheers Steve

A little update on the problems with last months AIRAC data.. I just downloaded the latest AIRAC data 1102. Everything is working fine now on the 09 southerly departures from EGLL.. Thanks for sorting it out with those guys over at Navigraph Cheers Steve

To answer your questions above.. I'm using version 1.2.1 and the latest AIRAC 1101.. Just to clear this up... Is it a software problem where your current software can't correctly write the latest AIRAC data ?? If so, is there a plan to correct this. I ask because I only fly the heavies so I use SID's and STAR's all the time. I like to use current data so I know my routes are accurate. Your EFB is just what I'm looking for as it integrates everything into the one screen... I'm just trying to clarify if you guys will have a work around for this ?? Cheers Steve

Hi Guys I've got a bit of a problem with EGLL SID's for 09R/L runways My flight today took me from 09L at EGLL on a south departure to MIDhurst. Both the Midhurst SID's for both 09R and 09L are drawn on the chart as coming from runway 27. I've tried a couple of the other runway 09 SID's, they all seem to come from Runway 27. Having compared the UK AIP charts with how the chart is drawn in EFB it would appear the first waypoint is the culprit. D1.5 LON(Rwy 09L) and D2 LON (Rwy 09R) should both be on the 127 Deg Radial from LON. On the EFB chart they are drawn as being on the 360 deg Radial.. Is this a little software glitch or has the AIRAC data not got any radial info for these waypoints and your software is thinking it's on the zero Deg Radial from LON ???? Cheers Steve
