Hi, after your reply where you mentioned AIRAC, I did some investigation. I found out that my current AIRAC (1108) did not contain any SID/STAR for the airports I'm using in Norway. I updatet to AIRAC 1113, after that everything is OK. Thanx for your quick reply, and happy new year to all of you in Aivlasoft.

Hi, when creating a new route, I have no access to any SID's or STAR's. Can anyone give me a hint? Thanx in advance. Freddy

I'm running DP on FSX machine with Win7 64-bit. I'm running DU on separate XP 32-bit machine. During flight, if my DU-machine loose connection with FSX machine, due to network problem, when I restart DU on XP-machine, DU succeeds in connection and continues to show current flight progress. BUT instead of decresing numbers for distanse to Top of descent, Next Waypoint and Destination, DU increases these numbers. Please tell me what I have to do to avoid this problem. All the numbers are decreasing before disconnection, and the numbers are increasing after re-connection. I have also tried to restart the DP, without that solving the problem. Except for this issue, I'm very pleased with EFB. Best Regards Freddy Mentzoni Norway

Hi, I have downloaded your product, and installed the Data provider on a windows 7 64-bit server. I've installed Display Unit on a XP machine. After installation and configuration of the DU on XP, I'm not able to start up the DU, every time i get an error message, and the DU terminates. I consider buying your excellent product, but would like to solve problem first. Cold anuone from aivlasoft contact me by email?
