I just sent you the files you requested - my particular problem may have been solved in the meantime however: It may have been related to my scenery.cfg perhaps as I had to rebuild that particular file due to other reasons and decided to give EFB another try before I would send the logfiles - and succeeded in starting the DataProvider this time.
All I did was copying the contents of my original scenery.cfg into a newly created scenery.cfg. I don't know what has been fixed as the contents are virtually identical but there must have been a problem with the original file apparently. Anyway: Those files have been provided to you because you might run into the same issue again (even though I don't know what went wrong)?
