  1. Ok, but I thought I wasn't the only one. On the same machine, EFB runs flawlessly for 2 years now with FSX. Very sorry to hear that you don't have an answer and you won't look into the problem. I really enjoy using your excellent software in FSX. But it brings the otherwise perfectly fluid P3D down to unacceptable FPS with bad stutters.
  2. No solution, no ideas? I've tested different scenarios with different aircraft. And in the NGX, the stuttering is really bad, it makes the sim unflyable. Even if I turn off ASN, and only EFB and Ezdok are running and using simconnect, the stuttering occurs, 15-20 minutes into the flight. I've never had that in FSX.
  3. I have the exact same problem in P3D 2.5. I am running the Aerosoft Airbus or the NGX, ASN and EFB. And sooner or later, the stuttering starts and gets very bad quite rapidly. Quitting the Data Provider instantly brings back the smoothness!
  4. Thanks for the fast answer! But why does it always happen when I leave the runway onto the taxiway. I don't have the display unit on top at that moment, but probably, it switched from approach to ground chart that very moment? And what about the error I described above?
  5. Hi there! I am using the data provider and display unit on my FSX machine at the moment. (Win 7 64bit) Everything works pretty good, but from the to time, FSX crashes te moment I exit the active runway after landing. It's always that very moment I turn onto the taxiway and it happened at many different airports, default and payware. Event manager shows the MSVCR80.dll as the cause for the error. My graphics driver is up to date, the MS visual C++ components are all installed and Net framework is updated to version 4.5.1. Sometimes, I get the following error message within the display unit: "Unhandled exception has occurred in a component in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue." When I hit continue, everything works flawlessly. Is there anything wrong in my setup? It's really frustrating to have these CTDs at the end of a flight... Thanks in advance.
  6. Good news! I really like EFB! After a few difficulties in the beginning, I made 3 flights today that worked flawlessly. An absolute enrichment for my simming! Keep up that fantastic work! Greets, Michael
  7. Okay! I´ve seen that EFB can handle FSC plans by simply copy and paste them. Did I get it right that when I press "activate" in EFB, a FSX-flightplan should be saved in Flighsimulator X Files-folder? Greets, Michael
  8. Hi! After my first question is already answered , I have another one: I like using Flightsim Commander to create flightplans. When I save them as PLN-files, FSX can read them when loaded in its built in flightplanner and I have MSFS ATC service. I tried to load such plans in EFB, but there is an error message which says I should check if it is really a MSFS fightplan. Is there any way to load those files in EFB? Or, the other way round, when I created a flightplan using EFB and Routefinder, is there any chance of saving them as PLN-files which can be loaded in FSX to have ATC service? Thanks in advance and greets, Michael
  9. Okay, sorry! Just found the solution a few threads under my post... Sorry for that! Greets, Michael
  10. Hi! I just bought this wonderful piece of software! I use it on a 2 computer setup. Now I want to install the newest AIRAC. Do I have to install it on the remote machine running the Display Unit or do I have to run the Navigraph installer on the FSX machine? And which folder do I have to choose? Thanks in advance and greets, Michael
  11. Sorry, I was to fast! I saw that exactly these 2 points were already discussed! I´ll give it a try tomorrow! Greets, Michael
  12. Hello! First of all, I have to say that this is defenitely the tool I was waiting for! Perfect work, big compliment!!!! Just 2 issues I had experienced in my first 2 flights: Setup is Display Unit on Laptop, FSX an DataProvider on Desktop. (E6850@3.6 GHz, 4 GB DDR2 800 RAM, Geforce 260GTX) I chose a time within FSX (I flew for a VA), but when I started DisplayUnit and DataProvider, the time in the sim changed to system time on the computer, why is that? And my second question: Why do I experience a reloading of the scenery an the AI-traffic all 10-15 minutes? I use Active Sky Advanced on the same laptop where the DU is running, could that cause any performance-problems? Thanks in advance! Greets, Michael
