I have opened Port 13 on the router (TCP) and on the outgoing traffic on the FireWall but the case "Install Demo" stays grey.

I forgot to reply to your question about the Install Demo button : if I press it nothing happens and it stays grey.

Thanks for your reply, I repeat that Install Demo box stays grey and only Cancel box alights in black. I am sure of my Internet connexion çout and ingoing Playbox from orange) but I would like to know how do I make sure port 13 on the firewall is open for outgoing traffic (see below for the network file) ? My computer is in French with W7 64 bits, also I have No.Script on my Firefox navigator and free Avira as antivirus but I also tried with the antivirus disabled and NoScript open. Hello, I have downloaded EFB this evening (22/08/2016) and it has installed correctly but after, as recommended in Documentation for first run, starting first Dataprovider the Install Demo does not alight even after registering my name charlesf and e-mail : charleslesage@sfr.fr Is it possible to send a Demo License Key ?
