Also getting this message............Authentication of Avlasoft online data service failed. The underlying connection was closed. An unexpected error occurred.
This started about 3 days ago has been fine for months.
Any help appreciated.

Currently it is not possible to download online data...
in EFB v1 (Read only, no longer supported)

Thank you for sorting out this problem.......all is back to normal......seems like a regular reboot of the server is a solution.....
