[unhandled error message - vatsim connection]

Hello

 

My name is Chris Fuller and i have a similar issue? After upgrading to EFB 2 and P3DV4. i can NOT see any VATSIM controller information. I have selected O/BND and have VATSIM selected in the settings area. I have uninstalled and reinstalled many times without success. Can you advise please were you able to get yours resolved?

Read a few posts on this  -  but after installing the new EHAM-  2 of the runways are now missing and DO NOT show up on the map view...taxi ways do. It was suggested to allow all rwys in the confg editior (Fly Tampa) - -but there isn't a button to do this? Any clues please..

All the data inside the text files is showing correct runways...

but when i start EFB it show 08 and 08 only???

Can anyone assist me? - i have just installed MDPC, but EFB shows wrong rwy numbers 08 - 26 and 08  - 26 twice?? should be 08 -26 and 09 - 27.  And all STARs and SIDS greyed out too??? in the data set - Airac 1705 all the correct details are in there but it will not read them?? Ive tried to reinstall scenery in a different location - no difference..

 

please advise anyone - ive read all posts relating to changing entries for rwy headings - but no need as they are in the data set correctly - but it doesn't read it or see it??

but this is different for other users and different runways etc...

 

can anyone shed some light on this error please.....

Progress!!!! I can MODIFY any flight plan, and it then shows the SIDs and STARS but only if I MODIFY it??

Hello, thanks for replying.

 

I start the data provider, start EFB. and for this example I tried EGLL - EGCC. The flight plan was created by PFPX and I have also tried VAT Route with the same results.

 

Route in - VATSIM data active

 

When I activate the route the are no options to either see or change or choose a SID or a STAR, when there used to be this option in FSX?

 

My file paths seem correct?

I have just installed EFB into P3D and got help setting up, but now when in any airport (EGLL) for example. no longer can I choose a SID or STAR and I simply get a line straight to the runway instead? please help...
