LSZH is the default airport EFB uses when freshly installed, you need to make sure you are connected to the sim otherwise it will not detect your location. Make sure FSUIPC is connected, I have experienced it when FSUIPC is not connected, I have to manually disconnect, then reconnet in FSUIPC.

    See below.

Turned out to be FSUIPC! Thanks for your help.

  2. I just updated both the server and the client as well as updating the NAVDATA in the database and a complete scenery scan. Now when I load into MSFS and have everything up and running it starts me at LSZH when in fact I am located at KMKE. It also shows the incorrect profile for a A320 Neo when I am in the F-35C which I know it doesn't have a profile for. Please advise?

  3. Airac cycle is 1203 valid through 4 Apr 12. I know the procdure you are referring to but it shows nothing at this specific airport. It may be a problem with that scenery but it is very frustrating. And I am not sure why now while flying if I put the cursor over the window at the top that shows the atc online it no longer shows the info. On a side note this product is awesome and the support is topnotch.

  4. I have Aerosoft AnchorageX installed on my pc. When I click on the departure tab in EFB it shows no SIDS/STARS in addition when arriving I see no ILS either. Also across the top it shows me what ATC is online but when I hover over the list it doesn't show me any of the information such as ATIS. Any ideas?

  5. You can select both - an arrival (STAR) to get you in position for your approach (ILS, RNAV, etc.)

And techincally you can select a departure (SID) as well, giving you three procedures total.

I may not be up to speed, but I believe EFB 2 will allow a "return approach" to also be selected. In case of a serious system failure soon after takeoff.

Thanks Travis. Sorry about the signature.

  6. Now it is possible to turn off the vertical / profile view, but that's a setting that is global to all approaches. Could you post a screenshot of what you do see?

I'm assuming you're not seeing something like this???

Correct mine doesn't show any of that. I will do a short flight and post a screenshot today. Thanks for your help
