[Changing color TWR, Approach and CONTROL area]

I want to change the color of ground, tower, approach and control area.

There are very much possibilities to change colors but I cannot find the place where to change mentioned subjects.

[cannot find local Server]

Working with windows 7 and FSX

After starting the server and after that starting the client, the program keeps searching for the local but can not find him. What is it i did wrong.
