  1. Hi all,

Just completed a flight LEBB - LMFN and now continuing LFMN - LIRF.  While climbing out of LFMN the server crashed.  I tried restarting and got the following error message: Could not read database due to errors.  Please see the logfile.

    Here is my serverLogfile.txt:

  2. I too am having issues getting EFBv2 up and running.  I installed it yesterday.  Whenever I run the server it brings up dialog to build the database.  However this never completes.  I always get an error at various points during the process (i.e. its never the same progress percentage).  I've tried with the stock navigraph data that comes with v2 as well as 1807 but the same result.  Error is:

    AivlaSoft.Efb.DbBilder has stopped working.

A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.

Windows will close the pgoram and notify you if a solution is available.

  3. Hi everyone.

Just setup a second home computer and wanted to try EFB over the network.  I am running v1.6.16.28831 fully licensed on the main computer.  I installed the same version on the second computer (my charts computer).  On the setup screen, I set the server mode to 'remote' and entered the hostname of the main computer.  When I click Check name, I get the 'OK....hostname found' message.

Next I went to Provider data folder and selected \\main_pc_name\Users\hilki\AppData\Local\AivlaSoft\EFB\AivlaSoft.Efb.DataProvider.  However when I click OK I get a red X next to Provider data folder.  Also get the popup: Validate   You have to select the data folder which contains the provider data files....'

Note I can access the main pc from the charts pc via \\main_pc_name.

  4. Hi everyone,

Just getting accustom to EFB.  Very nice and extremely useful program.  I discovered the program while watching Froogle's q400 tutorial.  I note that he referenced some checklists.  I understand that the program doesn't come with any checklists so my question is, is there a repository where EFB compatible checklists for various aircraft can be downloaded?  In particular I am interested in the checklists for the Q400, A320x, 737, 777 and 747.

    Thanks in advance.
