Update 2.3 #132

Update 2.3 #132 was necessary due to a bug in #131 which prevented a proper update of the VATSIM FIR boundaries. Sorry for any inconvenience.

 

We also had to change the gate numbers logic because MSFS provides gate numbers like "D52A" (with a letter at the end). P3D, FSX provide letter and number only. Therefore a rebuild of the database (function 'Update simulator') is necessary.
