ILS approaches can be unavailable by a) missing procedure in the database - or - b) a discrepancy between an AddOn with specified ILS and the database Without specific examples I can't be of any help. What regular database do you use? Just to add about updating the database: Whenever you update the database for EFB, you need to run the DbBuilder, tab "Update Navdata". If you update e.g. Navigraph Database within MSFS, you need to run the DbBuilder, tab "Update Simulator". So if you update both at the same time, you need to run both.
