Remote client stucks at "synchronizing.."

Hi Clayton,

from the Client logfile I can see that the database synchronization does not start. First you should try to upgrade the Client PC (Windows 10 Pro, v10.0.18363) to the same Windows version as the Server PC (10.0.19042). Secondly, the Client PC most likely does not fulfill the minimum requirements as stated here: https://www.aivlasoft.com/specifications.html
