Own Fix or Waypoint

Hello,

 

Is it possible to add a own Fix/Waypoint?

i want to use it for VFR flying and help me out for now with the largestCitys file in the client directory. 
 

But it’s only for each client so not server/database based and I cannot use it for a flightplan.

No, the 'internal structures' of EFB v2 do not allow the creation of own/user fixes.

Hello, its possible

 

I use the following procedure:
Create a pseudo airport (tower only) with equivalent (Waypoint) coordinates and name.

To do this, I use the "Airport Design Editor" (free download).

Write the now generated name.bgl file to ....AivlaSoft\EFB2\Server\AFCAD.

A update of "AivlaSoft EFB2 Server" must be performt.

First of all, thank you for the heads up. What happens on updates ?

Hallo,   please check the server manual for this.   Folder for specific AFCAD files. For details about these files, please refer to “Specific AFCAD files” in the document “4 EN Database.pdf”.
