Hi James,

thank you for the files. It seems that the Client cannot read the file 'optionButtons.bin' which is located in the folder 'C:\Users\<username>\Documents\AivlaSoft\EFB2\Client\Settings'.

Could you please check whether this file is available there and whether it has a size of approximately 700 bytes (use right click on the file name, then 'properties').

Thanks.

Hi James,

Thanks for this information. It seems that this file is not OK. I don't know why this is, but most probably because of the AntiVirus software. Sometimes AV software is just too aggressive and files get corrupted.

I suggest to create an exclusion for the EFB Data Folder in the AV software.

Then re-run the complete installer for the Client. This will bring back the proper file. If no longer available on your computer, you may download it here: https://www.aivlasoft.com/media/files/AivlaSoft.Efb.Client.Setup_2.1.108.exe.zip
