EGLL BIG arrival not shown

Hello,

maybe this problem was alredy pointed out. I searched in the forum, but did not find it.

 

When selecting the arrival procedure to EGLL, I cannot find the BIG transition. For example, I select the BIG4B arrival for ILS 27R, but the transition between BIG and the ILS is not present in EFB. See the screenshot below. Any idea how to solve this? This happens with any version of the AIRAC I had since the release of EFB v2.

Hi Andrea,

That sounds strange. As you can see in the attached screenshot, there are no such problems with both FSX/P3D and X-Plane. Both show all STARs correctly.This is with the newest Navdatapro Database Cycle 1905 .

I use:

C:...Documents\AivlaSoft\EFB2\Server\AIRAC\Navigraph FMS Data Cycle 1905/R1

EFB2.1 Server and Client (build #106)

For your examination of this case, I will send you from PMDG the SISTARS EGLL.txt file

with Navigraph FMS Data Cycle 1905/R1 maybe that will help a little.

I also use the Navigraph nav data.

On the runways 09s I can see the BIG transition, but not on 27s. I suppose there is something wrong in how the BIG transition is read by EFB (or wrote by Navigraph, not sure where is the problem).

If I remember correctly, when it was released, also the FSLabs A320 was not showing the BIG transition, then the issue disappeared, but I do not know if it was on FSLabs or Navigraph side.

I just checked the X-Plane database from Navigraph and there the BIG transition (for the 27R and 27L approaches) is also not available.
