Hangs On Loading Profiles

Did the update to Version 2.1 (build #206) and now the client hangs on ..........Loading Profiles.

Would appreciate any help. Log files attached.

Hi Lloyd,

thank you for the logfiles. You have not yet updated the Server. Please restart the Server so it can detect the latest update. It must also be v2.1 build #106.

Both server and client are updated to v2.1 build#106

according to the Server logfile you have not yet updated to the latest version, it's still v2.0.

 

Please uninstall both, Client and Server, then download the complete installers for Client and Server and install them again.

I hve done an uninstall and re-install complete installers.

Result is the same, My client side keep on hanging on "loading profile...."

 

Attached a screen copy and the newly generated support file.

Sorry, but again, in the Server logfile I cannot see that the Server has been updated to the latest version. It is still logged as 2.0.55.

 

Did you run both installers with administrator rights? Client and Server? 'Right-mouse-click' then start as administrator.
