In the logfile it finds the Ipv4 ip number but it fails to connect,

it is waiting waiting waiting....

Anybody has same problem or a solution?

Hi Edwin,

Did you run the normal updates on your entire system or did you use the Installer on one of your Client Systems? Check on both Server and Client that they use the same TCP Port Number. You can find the TCP Port Number under Settings/System on both Server and Client. Make sure all show the same Port Number. If you need to change the TCP Port Number make sure you restart The Server and all Clients.

After deinstalling server and reinstall it works again

but all selfmade checklist are gone.

Do you refer to the checklists in the \checklist folder or to the entries in the respective profile? You might note that with this #106 update two the contents of \profiles and \minima in the Client's document path have been updated and the former (possibly customized) content copied into two new folders \profiles.bak and \minima.bak.

Hi Oskar

I think i will delete all now and start over

Now clients on the network are ok but not local.

With 2.0 there was not any problem.

Will keep you posted

There is no need to re-install everythig from scratch. Just make sure that ALL Servers and the Client use the same TCP Port Number.

Edwin,

it seems that you have mixed 'Updates' and 'Complete installations'. Please do not mix these. Either run the automatic update on both systems, or run the complete installer on both systems.

If you run the automatic 'Update', your self created checklists remain untouched. The 'Complete installer' is built to be used on a clean system, or if not used on a clean system, the installer will cleanup any old installation to make sure that no old data is used. Also intentionally running the uninstaller will remove any data.

Hello

I also have the same 'Waiting for Server' problem since updating to latest version.

How can I change the TCP Port Number on the server as it won't allow me into

the settings while it is 'Waiting for the Server'. Presuming that this is the problem

anyway. Never had this problem before but I see numerous posts since update -

has something changed?

Thanks for any help
