I hope someone encounterd this problem as well and can help me. EFB works great except for The active controllers and FFIR boundaries are not shown on the clients map and radio screen. (see attached file) Aircraft are visible. One idea that came to my mind this afternoon: Have you already checked the colors? Maybe they are all 'transparent'? I know this is vague but worth to check. Alex J Meijer Posted March 19, 2019 Author Share Posted March 19, 2019 I am sure you find me annoying but installed ny registered version of EFB v1 again there I can see the active FIR's!. So why can't I see teh active fir's in EFB v2? I tried a lot. My next step will be buying a new samsung 1tb ssd install Windows 10 on that SSD and reinstall all programs I have on my computer. aivlasoft Posted March 19, 2019 Share Posted March 19, 2019 Hi Alex, Just some more things to check: 1) Please start the Server and start the Client 2) In the Client settings (tab 'Global') select VATSIM as your Online Data Network, then press 'OK' and wait some seconds. 3) Now could you please check whether the file "VatsimStatus.txt" file can be located in the following folder and whether its timestamp is current: C:\Users\<username>\Documents\AivlaSoft\EFB2\Server\Downloads 4) Same for the file named 'downloadVatsim.tmp' in the following folder: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Temp Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

On the radio panel, the set button remains grey and is not clickable. Double on the only visible freq (122.800) in the right upper corner returns the freq as 122800,00. A SINGE click on the desired frequency (no matter which device is selected) returns the value into the setting field above the numeric keyboard and the "Set" button becomes active: A DOUBLE click on the desired frequency returns the value to the LOWER field of the desired device and the "Set" button remains greyed out: Regarding the upload limitation you might need to delete some graphics of your earlier post. However a decent Screen-Capture Utility might also be helpful to produce small cutouts. The two screenshors in my example here have 39 kb each... I can,t select a frequency because the set button is not clickable. The button remains grey. When I double click the only visible freq (left side of the Radio panel 122.800. it is transferred to above but the freq is then shown as 122800,000. Could this be the cause of not displaying active FIR's and Freq's?
