unable to start EFB2 database or Server error message

can anyone help with this 

Could not start because TCPListener throws an exception. see logfile 

 

This happen after updated the scenery and i can no longer use my EFB2

Thank you for your reply , i have tried rebooting and even rerun a new data base but no change. i am using Window 7 64 bit and here is the   Client and server zip files

This is describing the same error message that your ServerLofgile is reporting. Something is obviously restricting access to TCP port 51748. Do you use Bullguard Firewall? In any case it might be worth checking Windows Defender Firewall as described. This error report by .NET also refers to missing user rights. Be sure you always start the Server with Full Admin Rights.

thanks, yes i am using Bullguard firewall, I will go through all check now i know where to look.
