When supporting Client-Server connection issues, it would be extremely helpful if the log file from the Client and the Server are from the same time. Please start the EFB Server, then start the EFB Client. Now create a support-file from the Server and one from the Client. Then upload these two files to here. My real first name is Mario. Here are the log files from the server and client. I also hit submit on the support file from the client. Thanks for your help. Sorry, Mario, why do you ignore what I said about ActiveSky Path? You have entered the WRONG PATH for ACTIVE SKY in the Server Settings ! The path must point to the "current_wx_snapshot.txt" file ! Let's assume that you have a standard installation for ActiveSky: then it will be: C:\Users\<Username>\AppData\Roaming\Hifi\AS_P3Dv4\Weather\current_wx_snapshot.txt The server is not interested in the ActiveSky program location. It needs the location of the "current_wx_snapshot.txt" file as mentioned in the text!
Mr.Mario
Thank you for letting me know about the incorrect active sky path. I am not ignoring it, I just have not had the chance to fix that yet. Working on trying to get the remote connection to work first. Thanks again.

Accroding to your log the connection is obviously crammed by numerous tries to download a METAR by the Server. Therefore you need to fix the ActiveSky path first or delete the wrong entry! Mr.Mario
I corrected the path for Active Sky which fixed the problem trying to download the METAR. However, the remote client is still not connecting to the server.
KiloJuliett
Mario, I can see that the client doesn't "see" the server. Just to confirm, both computers are in the same network? Can you see the server computer when going to the network folder (in windows explorer) on your client computer?
Mr.Mario
Yes, they are on the same network and I see the server computer in the network folder. the client computer is running windows 8 and the server is on windows 10. Do you think that may be the problem?
aivlasoft
@Hugo Antoine From the log file I can see that the Server location is not yet properly set. Although there is the name 'HUGO-PC', the IPEndPoint is still pointing to 'local'. Please see on the following screenshot what you have to enter on the Client side, then press OK. I already try that but it's not working. The logfile I send you is the local because I've the same issue in local and remote
