Steffen Herberg
Hi, how can I disable the "automated looking for update" function server and client? I would like to decide myself when I'm going to update and not the software. Many thanks!

My guess is, because the updates always fix issues, they want everyone to be on the same page and not have things causing problems and then find out that the user forgot or didn't install an update as the reason. That's exactly the point. As also stated in the forum rules, support is only provided if the latest version is installed.
