Restart (not responding)

Try the following:

- restart the computer

- make sure NO other programs are running (probably started via auto-start or similar settings)

- stop/pause your AntiVirus program

- now just start the EFB Server. Does it run?

- quit the Server, wait a few seconds

- just start the Database-Builder. Does it run?

- quit the DbBuilder

 

Now create a support file via the Windows Start menu and upload it here.

I did everything as you stated - even went as far as uninstalling my Antivirus software... that fixed the "non responding" part...
However... the Data Builder always crash if I try to create a new...
