bobsk8 Posted July 3, 2018 Share Posted July 3, 2018 Yesterday when I updated server, I had to set everything just like I did when first installing EFB , the directories for weather, reinstall Airac, settings , set Active Sky weather in Client, etc. Everytime there is another update, will everything have to be reset again? Actually no, this should not be the case, if you do an AUTOMATIC Update. If you however do it by downloading the Installer and thus re-installing then yes, but this is not the "ordinary way". EFB v2 checks once per day for a new update and offers automatic download und update of the necessary files. This should leave the settings and such untouched. Same for the Client.
