ggerolamo Posted July 1, 2018 Share Posted July 1, 2018 Hello, after several tries (default\custom installation path, with\without firewall), now I am at the end of my wisdom: after the first start of 'AivlaSoft.Efb.Server.exe', I insert name, email (license key blank) I push 'Install DEMO' - then window 'Database builder will start now' - Push button OK ... there appears a warning: trying to verify demo license but could not reach any time server on the internet......... ...license not found... tried with another email address from me and it sometimes succeeds to start the 'server', but everytime I restart the server I have to put in my license info (demo) again !? Will this also happen if I by a license key ? Deepredson Posted July 1, 2018 Share Posted July 1, 2018 Good day to you. It happened here also. (AVG internet blocked). I inserted 'exceptions' to all Aivlasoft folders. Un-installed EFB2, re-started PC, re-installed EFB2. Sorted. (You might have to add more exceptions. Depends on your Internet Security. Hope this helps. Good Luck. The most probable reason for that is port 13 not being open for communication. Continuous communication with the internet is only required for the trial license. The connection is not depending on the name nor on the email. Quote P.S.:When I buy the license, can you guarantee that it works ? It is strictly recommended to FIRST fix the problems BEFORE you buy a license. First time I hear about this and I cant launch EFB2 twice in a row without having to enter name and email address.
