I would like to update the charts supplied with EFB and as I'm using Aerosoft NavData Pro charts would like to buy them. However from what I'm reading on there web site you cant download them. All it appears you can do is access them, so how can they be used to update your charts which were supplied with the program. aivlasoft Posted March 4, 2018 Share Posted March 4, 2018 Hi Roger, EFB does not supply charts, EFB calculates and renders charts based on the underlying simulator data and navigation data. EFB is creating charts and maps during runtime from what you have installed on your computer. If you would like to update airport charts, you have to install up-to-date scenery, if you would like to update the procedures data (aka navdata) then you have to subscribe to either Aerosoft NavDataPro (this is data not charts), or Navigraph FMS data.
