Airport Count = 0

Recommended Posts

I have reinstalled EFB to my PC on Windows 10 for P3Dv4, but when I try and load a route I dont have any airports in the database and when i run the Simulator scenery data up loader it shows only a few airports getting scanned then the airport count = 0 (as shown in the screenshot). My path for the Scenery cfg is  C:\ProgramData\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v4, Installation folder is: P:\Program Files\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v4, and Flight plan path is C:\Users\myname\Documents\Prepar3D v4 Files. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

First, do you have the latest version of EFB - v1.6.15

Next, let's get your folders setup;

Data Provider:

Extras-Settings-Simulators:

Select simulator = Lockheed Martin Prepar3D

1) Installation folder = P:\Program Files\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v4

2) Flight plan folder = ...\Documents\Prepar3D v4 Files

3) Scenery.cfg folder = C:\ProgramData\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v4

Display Unit:

System-Settings-Folders and Links:

1) Provider data folder = C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Local\AivlaSoft\EFB\AivlaSoft.Efb.DataProvider

2) Aircraft folder = ...\Documents\AivlaSoft\EFB\UserData\Aircrafts

3) Library folder = ...\Documents\AivlaSoft\EFB\UserData\Library

4) Flight Logs folder = ...\Documents\AivlaSoft\EFB\UserData\FlightLogs

5) Routes folder = ...\Documents\Prepar3D v4 Files

Try once you get these paths set and let us know how you made out...

Jeff,

on the screenshot you provided I see a line with a yellow dot at the beginning. It seems that this is the culprit. FSLabs does not provide scenery, so you have to figure out why this folder is listed in either the scenery.cfg or in any of the add-on.xml configuration files.
