I'm using P3D v4.1 with My Traffic 6.0a When I connect to vatsim via Vpilot the information above all Ai aircraft is correct. call-sign, etc. However when I fly NOT ON LINE using the My Traffic program the information above the aircraft fails to display the from/to airport details. All the other information is displayed correctly. The Ai Aircraft monitor within the database is displaying all the aircraft information including the to/from airports. Did you compare the columns? Are the from/to airports provided in the same column when running vPilot and MyTraffic? I have neither of them but I guess that the information is not provided the same way, or better in the same data fields. EFB is using a fixed assignment of the data fields and cannot be changed.
