lebon Posted January 7, 2018 Share Posted January 7, 2018 Hi, im a new user looking for assistance. i have just purchased and installed Efb, i have followed the download and install instructions to the letter. i have gone through the initiall setup process ie name-email-license key and when i launch the data provider im presented with this error the path c:\users\myname\documents\aivlasoft\efb\userdata which is saved in c:\users\myname\documents\aivlasoft\efb\userdatapath.ini doesent exist. please set a valid path. could you please tell what i need to do to rectify the problem. many thanks Anthony Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
