There you must enter the email address which you used for your purchase and then you get an overview of all orders processed under that email address. Reactivation of a license key If you get a warning "Number of allowed installations exceeded" (or similar text) when you try to install your license key, please send an email to support@aivlasoft.com, let us know the email address and the name which you have entered when you purchased the license key and ask for reactivation.
