Bug738 Posted December 8, 2009 Share Posted December 8, 2009 Hello, I just tried (unsucessfully) about 30 minutes to purchase a license key from the online shop. Was anyone more successful than me and if yes what was the trick. First I tried to add a "Product Activation Key" to my cart. When I selected "Add to cart" at the product page I was forwarded to the registration page. The cart was still empty then. After registering (which was successful because I received a confirmation mail) I logged in and came to the page "What's in my cart" showing the status "Your shopping cart is empty". When I tried to go to the catalog again I am always redirected to the registration page. When I login first I am not able to go to the catalog again to select an item to purchase it. I really want to buy the software but it seems that the webshop is currently not allowing that. Any help is appreciated. Best regards, Michael P.S.
