I tried again and for the next sessions and it worked. What I made sure was that I launched data provider and display AFTER I had loaded the aircraft and parked it at departure gate.

First use of EFB after installation with everything set up per manual in network mode. I was at gate in FSX Accel. with FSLabs Concorde, 4 engines off and parking brakes ON. Launched Data Provider, Display unit, loaded my flight plan, activated it, started engines 2-3 (Display started Block Off time as soon as engine 2 started), started engines 1 - 4 on pushback and did all the flight from gate to gate as always. EFB never recorded a timestamp even though I passed over all of the waypoints (within 2.5nm as manual says). I was running it on network mode (properly setup per manual). Next time I will try the Display unit running from the FSX PC. Any clues as to why I got no timestamps ?
