Hello Support-Team, I get an error after updating the EFB to the new version (V2.2 build #122). I start the Server with administrator rights, also restarted my PC after updating the application. hm, this problem is also here in my EFB with vpilot and flying on VATSIM. I see f.e. all ATC stations around me, (LRUB_CTR) but not ADR_E_CTR/ADR_W_CTR. But: on the radio-panel these Callsign (ADR_E_CTR) is shown correctly.

Of course, I can. I've done this instructions: Now I am located at EGCN, London Control (LON_W_CTR) is online and it seems, that he is responsible for me. But he is'nt. If i look via vattastic, I see the differences of the "sector files" (I hope I have described it fairly clearly., my english is not the best ;).

Hello, when I'm flying online on VATSIM, EFB doesn't show the right sectors? For example: I fly from LDDU to EDDP. On start, ADR_CTR is my controller (and he is online), but when I look on my EFB-Screen, there is no active controller shown. Maybe the files fir.dat and/or servinfo.dat (from your download-section, i.e. fir.dat date = 2013-05-02) is outdated? where can I download new sector-files? Regards Thomas

Modified the runways.txt (as described above) 3. airport-cache cleared into the display unit 4. restarted display unit and data provider What's happend? - if I will fly from EGCC to somewhere else: SID on EGCC not available - if I will fly to EGCC from somewhere else: STAR on EGCC is available, but no ILS/RNAV-Approach ... which solution is correct, if I use the search-function correctly? Good morning, I bought Manchester EGCC from UK2000 and wanted to plan EGLL to EGCC. I have changed the airport.txt: EGCC 06R 05R EGCC 24L 23L EGCC 06L 05L EGCC 24R 23R I missed the STAR/SID-Procedures. In "EGCC Departure" the "Select SID" was greyed out. AIRAC is 07DEC03JAN/18 . But this runway exists in my FSX (because LIRF is an addon which will bring the correct runway into the fsx). Or does it mean, when a runway does not exist into the fsx default scenery?

Is there a solution to bring the runway 16C/34C on the chart? I only read a solution to "fix" the warning-message (in this case to set the lines "LIRF 16C nil and LIRF 34C nil" into the runway.txt), but this do not bring the runway on the screen?

Hello, I have the Add-On "Mega Airport Rome" with the new Runway 16C/34C. Now I know to update the runways.txt, but I don't see the new Runway into the DU. There is now warning-message, but also now runway. In DU I see the old Taxyway "D", where now is placed the runway 16C/34C. How can I fix this correct into the runways.txt? Maybe it's a good idea to start a topic into "FAQ" for the correct update of runways.txt for each new AddOn? Best regards Thomas

Hello Urs, and what is the solution? I have the same problem in a network-connection. If I run the DU on the flying PC, it is stable. I use a wireless connection, but the wlan is also stable. So the only solution is to bring EFB back to the Sim-PC? I do not have any problems with the disconnection, when the DU will get into the Progress-Windows, but after the disconnect I have to press the Progress-Button. So one workaround is, that the DU will show the Progress-Screen after a disconnection. Is this possible? Regards, Thomas
