I am having the same issue. Although there is an 800 profile available, it defaults back to 737 700. I have tried with no flightplan loaded too..

Anyone been able to connect it to FS2020 yet?

I am brand new to FSX and am trying to gather as much information as possible. Of course as well as snapping up everything in respect of add ons etc. I have downloaded the 30 day trial to EFB and am trying to get to grips with it. One thing I notice is they the database is dated early 2013. If I were to purchase the software I would of course like to subscribe to the Aviasoft database update service. Despite trawling the internet, (most like;y me being blind ), I cannot find how to do this in simple terms. Firstly is it possible to do with the trial version and secondly how easy is it to update the data when it's due to change. Secondly, does that data work then on VATSIM and FSX. PS Can anyone recommend the best video to learn using EFB from scratch. Kind regards,
