  1. should have put my glasses on apologies, I have just sent you the detail
  2. I have been reading the forums regarding this as I want to purchase EFB 2 but have tried sending the required details to support@aviasoft.com but the e-mail just gets bounced back as a failed routing server failure. If somebody from Aviasoft is picking up this post could you please advise me what to do. I have the e-mail address I made the purchase with as well as the serial number Regards Marshall Priceman
  3. Good afternoon I have recently upgraded my PC and have encountered a problem when I want to import a flight plan that has been crated and placed in Flight Simulator X Files. When I click on the flight plan it come up with a error saying "Create route from flightplan. Origin airport with ICAO code xxxx is not available in FSX. I have tried a number of different flight plans with the same result. I am using Prepr3D and have also tried clicking onto the flight plan in the Prepar3D v3 Files but the same problem. Please could somebody point me in the right direction as I am not sure what else to do Regards Marshall Priceman
  4. Solved a school boy error, when I was putting in host name I was putting in the name of the slave PC and not he main PC what an idiot Thanks for all your help, if you need any help with simconnect stuff let me know
  5. I know that EFB works on the host machine however when I start the display unit up and monitor the provider on my main PC there is no activity at all, therefore it would be right to assume that the slave is not talking to the main machine. I know simconnect and wide FS works as I use other FSX applications such as Active Sky 2012. I have checked the internal firewall and that its allowing EFB through however my 2 PC's are hard wired into my BT HUB 4 router. I will happily send you the logs but getting frustrated as I'm not sure what I am doing wrong
  6. Forgot to add that I am using Wide FS as well as having simconnect as I network Active Sky 2012 and confirm they both are working fine so I am confident that they are not the problem
  7. I have just got a new PC and have put Aiviasoft back on my main PC and the slave. I am having problems trying to get connected from the slave. I have checked and double checked in the settings options making sure that I direct the path to where the provider data folder is situated on my main pc, TCP Comminucation tab is set to remote and its picking up the server name. Any help would be much appreciated Thanks Marshall
