I have changed the default colour of the aircraft symbol on the world map, but it is not saving or changing the colour of the aircraft. It keeps defaulting to magenta, which I hate, too hard to see. I am starting in administrator mode. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Hi Is there any way to show the updated waypoint/bearing on the display unit as the bearing usually changes because of the wind (or bad flying). I can get the distance on the Flight Information System but I cannot find the current bearing. Thanks John

Hi I have updated to the latest version. When I create a flight plan KSKA - KEAT, the display unit will not allow me to activate or save the flight plan. Other plans seem to be OK. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks John

I am glad someone else is having a problem with shortcuts. I have posted several messages but all I get told is to make sure that FSX has the focus. Well I tried that and sometimes the shortcuts work, but most of the time they don't. It's very frustrating. John

I am having trouble getting the shortcuts to work. Usually they will work once, and then they will not work again. Yes, I have a chart open and FSX has the focus. Is anyone else having this problem? Regards John

Urs Thanks. I click on the FSX window to give it the focus and then I hit Ctrl Shift F11 to open the DU. Usually it opens but then it won't open again. Am I missing something? Tks John

Does the Display Unit have a hotkey to turn the map on and off whilst running FSX? I can get the onscreen menus with CTRL Shift F9 in the DataProvider, but the Moving Map shortcut of Ctrl Shift M does nothing. Many thanks.

1. Will the moving map work in the free flight mode, ie if you dont create a flight plan and just fligh from A to B. 2. Also, how many hours until the 20% discount expires. Many thanks.
