Hello Urs, thanks for your response. For some reason installing the new Navigraph cycle solved all of my problems. It didn´t have anything to do with your (great!) software. I tried to solve the problem by reinstalling the server. That´s why I had to create a new database. Happy New Year!! Ingo

Hello, all of a suddon I can´t create a new database anymore. Today I had to delete the content.xml file in the localcache folder because of problems during the installation of Navigraph navdata and now the database builder excludes every single scenery. I´m having a different problem. The client can´t connect to the server in a network setup. It always worked before the MSFS 2020 update. I have FSUIPC 7 installed, made sure that the firewall isn´t the problem. Other programs like vpilot have no trouble communicating via the network. WideFS is not needed, correct? The database is correctly built without any error message, the server starts without any trouble. Could it be a port issue? I can´t check, if the correct port is set in the client, because it won´t let me open the settings tab while trying to connect to the server. Any advice or suggestion would be great!

After running into the problem I described above a couple of times in a row I haven´t seen it during two flights I completed tonight. Maybe it has something to do with the order I started various programs in (Dataprovider, Ivap in external mode and FSX on master machine, EFB Displayunit, Ivap Interface, FSCommander and Ivap on the client machine). I have no idea what caused the problem, but it seems to be solved! Great program by the way! Ingo

Hi, I´ve got the latest version of EFB installed in a network setup. At the moment I only fly PMDG´s NGX online via IVAO. After route activation I see online traffic on the ground chart. After a while though (maybe five minutes or so) the online traffic is no longer displayed. After the last flight I saw a warning about a timeout in the Dataprovider, but I forgot to make a screenshot. What could be causing the problem? Is there anything I should try? In another thread I read something about changing TCP values. Could that help? Thanks! Ingo

Hello, my problems have been solved! Thanks to Urs I found out, that running the service pack installers only on one PC in a network configuration isn´t enough. Now that both the dataprovider and the displayunit have been updated, everything works as it should. Great! Great program and fine support! Thx Urs! Ingo

Hi! Yes, did that too. When I pick the IVAO network before activating the route, only ATC is listed. Should flights also appear in the list? Ingo

Hi Dave, checked the distance setting in Ivap. It´s set to 40 miles. The funny thing is, that I can see the active controllers in the EFB, but not the moving traffic on the ground or during flight. Everything should be configured fine or else I wouldn´t see the ATC, right? I really don´t get it! Ingo

Hello, sorry to bring up IVAO online traffic again. I installed and configured everything the way it should be. I activated the traffic option on the chart/traffic subfolder, clicked on the traffic button in chart view. Range option is set to "0". I´m running Ivap in a network configuration. The EFB display unit and the Ivap interface run on a remote computer. All the other Ivap functions are enabled on the master computer running FSX via the Ivap configuration tool. It seems, that the display unit isn´t receiving any online traffic information from Ivap. Should it work no matter how Ivap is configured? Does the dataprovider provide the online traffic information to the displayunit or is there a direct connection between the displayunit and Ivap? I´ve tried everything from checking all the options over and over again to reinstalling the EFB. Still no success. Thanks for your help in advance! Ingo
