Please disregard my issue I found the answer on one of your earlier forums. I do apologize for wasting your time.

Thank you for the help. This only happens when I use my simbrief ID and import it into the system it does not allow the flight plan to be started due to the naming convention. I do have version v2.3.136 and followed the installation process too a T. I guess I am not clicking something for it to go through but once I can figure this out I will buy the software as it is excellent and awesome. I appreciate your time and support on my matter.

I went through the check update button but it says I am up to date. Is there another way or do I have to buy a license to get the update? I am currently using the the demo. Thank you!

AIVLASOFT Has this issue been fixed? because I experienced the same thing today travelling from CYEG to KSFO. Thank you for your time.
