I'm a new EFB user and started getting this same error after just a few days use. Saw the above reference to ASP4. I was getting ready to load P3DV4.5, already had ASP4 loaded and then tried to load EFB client/server when I got the error message. So I shut down AS and reloaded EFB client/server, this time with no problem, then AS. Both were then running with no conflicts. I did not have to reboot my system. Looks like key to avoiding this problem is loading EFB client/server first followed by AS which apparently I was doing prior to today's use since I had not gotten the error message then.
